The Multisonic Snare Drum from Black Swamp Percussion offers range for tasteful expression in the concert percussion arena. The drum offers features that enable a percussionist to simply and quietly switch from a delicate whisper to an aggressive roar within seconds, or experience every contrasting timbre inbetween without tools of any kind.

The strainer is equipped with five separate snare units that can be activated individually, utilizing cable and wire snares for multiple timbre possibilities. Each snare unit responds at different volume levels for maximum response through every dynamic.

The drum shell is crafted from 10 plies of maple and is fitted with custom arch base tube lugs. Die-cast hoops stay in tune longer, and focus the drum’s sound for projection and tone preferred by many orchestral percussionists.
