POLYVERSE Bundle

Polyverse Music is a company dedicated to collaborations with the most innovative musicians to create musical instruments and tools for fellow musicians. Their first two plug-ins were created in collaboration with the Infected Mushroom duo, and both plug-ins are available together in this Polyverse Bundle. The first in the pack is Manipulator, a uniquely styled vocal transformer that will radically alter your voice with inspiring results. The second is their clever pitch freezer plug-in called I Wish. Both of these innovative plug-ins were created with full support of Infected Mushroom who helped develop these amazing tools.

Manipulator
Through unique granular algorithms, Manipulator can dramatically alter the timbre and pitch of monophonic audio in new and unexplored ways. From subtly imposing pitch and harmonization, to a full-on sonic mangle that will leave you with a totally new sound, Manipulator is as versatile as it is creativity-inducing. Equipped with 10 different effects including pitch processing, formant, harmonics, sound smearing, pseudo stereo and more, Manipulator can take a normal vocal and transform it into a complex, entrancing new sound. Other monophonic and rhythmic sources work particularly well with Manipulator.

Like I Wish, Manipulator allows users to accept MIDI data in real time, allowing pitch shifting to be controlled on the fly via MIDI controller. Didn’t like the vocal melody in a take? Play it the way you hear it! Manipulator transposes pitch seamlessly and adds a unique texture to incoming audio. Manipulator supports up to 4 polyphonic voices when used with a MIDI input.

I Wish
I Wish is a pitch freezer plug-in. It allows you to take any sound – a vocal recording, a drum beat or even noise, and instantly freeze it in time and pitch. The pitch-frozen audio can then be manipulated and modulated to create highly musical mind bending effects and sounds that have never been heard before! I Wish allows you to freeze your audio in any pitch you like.

There are various uses for this plug-in such as creating robotic voice effects, pitched stutter effects, musical drum beats, mind bending ear candies – the possibilities are endless! It can even be used as a polyphonic synthesizer, with real-time wavetable oscillators! This essentially allows you to make music from noise. I Wish is the only plug-in that allows pitch based micro-editing on the fly. Since the result is heavily dependent on the audio and MIDI you feed the plug-in, it will always be highly personalized and unique to you.

Gatekeeper
Gatekeeper is the cutting edge of volume modulation. Capable of sample-fast transitions and equipped with a unique variable smoothing algorithm, Gatekeeper allows for drastic, punchy gating and sequencing while keeping the output smooth. Breathe new life into your audio with the most basic, yet impactful way: silence.

Never again be frustrated by clunky editing interfaces! Curve brushes and an elaborate shortcut system makes drawing automation fun and easy, while 31 kinds of envelope brushes and 4 copy slots allow for exceedingly intricate designs. Need long drawn out patterns? With up to 1024 nodes, Gatekeeper can create a sequence up to a whopping 20 hours long.
